Try this:
"You can use FSR in game:
1-No FSR
2-Quality
3-Balanced
4-Performance
5-Super Performance"

A GTX 1650 is pretty much below the recommended specs to run Unreal 5 games unless they are very optimized (which this is not at all). So 20fps sounds about right. FSR might help a bit for you.

Crashed as soon as I started the game and this error shows up:

LowLevelFatalError [File:\build\++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\RHI\Private\PipelineStateCache.cpp] [Line: 437]
Shader compilation failures are Fatal.

Did all the suggestions but unfortunately none of them worked.

U both probably are using old save, just use the "tape 10" attached it the game folder.
