Do you have to do anything specific to get Ema's scene mentioned in the changelog? I visit her every day, but other than killing some insect for her there is no action.

Just short guide to Ema event:
You can refuse Elena OR after Elena gets pregnant it will take 2 weeks and James will talk with you in your office and go to restaurant to eat (In the future update I will remove this requirement completely ).
He will ask you to buy house for Elena 300K.
Next auto event is: James will come in you office and offer you to go to the club (ema event).

Does autoevent mean it will happen automatically? Or is there any kind of trigger needed`? Because I played for weeks and weeks of ingame time, several girls become knocked up and birthed new children while I was trying to trigger the Ema event. But nothing ever happened. This is so weird. Finished everything else, like the gang tuff and buying the house, Naomi was one of the new mothers. But Ema stays elusive.

From your save file : Elena is NOT pregnant.
That means somehow you missed to make her pregnant for the first time and now Elena is not available.

I made a change for the next update which will be soon: Ema event will not depend of Elena progress. You can wait a little and I will release it after a week. Still waiting if have some bugs which I missed.

P.S. You can use the file which I attached (unzip it ) and it will make Ema path to continue without depending of Elena progress.

well so far, all that were on daily call after you get them pregnant they move away for a while, some do show them self few times before birth in office so you can see the belly, then they call you when they give birth
