why can't I play I have a thing that plays flash games but all I get is a grey screen with a small light grey bar that dose nothing

Now call me dumb, but I've got no clue how to finish aember's bloodorb forest quest. I got to the second girl who shows you a cross, but after that I'm stumped. Did I miss something? How do I finish this thing properly without cheating?

The creator quit like 4 years ago and they havent shown any signs of coming back, sucks since it looked like he was making another game. Though I'm pretty sure SM is finished, sad stuff.

I only have the standalone flash ver and there is no folder structure like that in my virtual pc(windows sandbox), any idea how to make it work?

Nvm found it, AppData was apparently a hidden folder and the game was to be saved initially first

How do i save the game? everytime i close it, it resets all progresses even if i choose load game
