It gave good first impression to me. I like this kind of art style and animations felt smooth so it was a good run until i reached the level "Tunnel" i was like "nope i'm done"

After i saw the spider h-scene i was like "NOOOOOOOOOPE"

But overall good game.

Is actually not bad. mechanics are solid and the the combat is pretty decent.
Caveat: there is little variety to combat and there isn't much depth to it either but heck--it works. my only issue is sometimes you can get chain-stunned so badly and you may die because you simply mistimed one strike. I don't think attack animations can be cancelled (I forgot) and recovery is kinda slow, making the main character seem sluggish.

If you're looking for some fast hack and slash this ain't it. Luckily the game isnt' too long, and the artsyle is consistently gorgeous and thematic.

But the spider was one of the best parts...!

Good news, as of today all the Pixel animations, including for the alternative costumes, are complete. He's looking at maybe adjusting some of the ambience in the free time and making the backgrounds look better whilst his engineer sorts out the final boss. After that, all it is is a little bit of field testing and then, hopefully, a release!
