The mentioned title of the new game is Oden. Uu has mentioned that the new game will be set in the Sinisistar universe, but they haven't been clear on whether the new game is a sequel or not.

Will the steam version get a dlc uncensored content in the future?

I've been reading over the developer blog for updates through google translate. Unless someone has a better eye than me, I haven't seen much mention for an uncensored dlc in the future. Steam has been lax on sexual content in recent years, but extreme content, like bestiality, may not get a pass.

There is no set date as of yet. I can tell you though that Uu has been working on it for quite a while - I'd say maybe around half a year. iirc Sinisistar as a whole game with no DLCs took about two years to finish, so maybe we could expect a wait time of 2-3 years for the new title.

Don`t forget that it also took him some time to make Steam release.

I did get the game
It was gross.
The last stage in particular was especially brutal.
The DLC scenes are so grotesque that I didn't even try to finish the levels. I couldn't bring myself to retry the pig boss because I didn't want to see that disgusting scene again. In the Pig Farm area, one of them shows a pig fetus growing in her womb.

I went ahead and bought a Steam copy of SiNiSistar. It's a small contribution, but hopefully the developer gets more attention outside of dlsite.
