Yep, the final boss observing you. Supposedly, I believe this is a way to show that what Rabiane experience is actually just a huge nightmare of some sort.

I really hope we'll have some explaination in the sequel about what happened to her, if I remember right (and take this with a grain of salt), I think the dev mentionned during early developement that Rabiane would be back as a npc in the sequel.

Just to point out the sequel has been delayed to late March. It was supposed to be this Dec but he said he's added that much content he wants to go over with it all to make sure its as good as he can get it. He spent a lot of time on the final dungeon and final boss too which he's nearly finished. He skipped a dungeon just to try get the final one done early.

So he's nearly finished with the final dungeon, then he's doing the one before and then probably doing bug fixing etc. I think in Feb he's taking like a holiday so thats why he's set the release month for March. Im guessing 25th maybe.

He's spent a long time on this though, two years and 6 month maybe?

Also good luck with the Vita port. Just so happens I have an unlocked Vita myself lol seen a lot of custom games for it too like Simpsons Hit and Run and Silent Hill P.T to name a couple
