Thats the sequel but its only the demo version. There's a twisted gravekeeper and if you get defeated you get raped, strung up and then get zombified. But its only light animations and a picture.

Only losing/getting captured. Some enemies have more than one.

You should be able to select the option when you go into settings. Press "Esc" and select fullscreen. Should be located in the middle of the settings menu.

Porting this game to PS Vita (and eventually possibly Android if anyone is interested) currently.

So far I've decrypted the assets and I'm currently having to write an assetbundle creator script which mimics the same obfuscation and layout of the StreamingAssets in the Data files -> to eventually build with the target platform being PS Vita/Android. After that, it should be all ready for export
