I was informed the zombies can turn you into a zombie and there were other transformations but instead I just die horribly and get eaten alive.

How do I get turned into a zed? Or was that a lie?

Thats the sequel but its only the demo version. There's a twisted gravekeeper and if you get defeated you get raped, strung up and then get zombified. But its only light animations and a picture.
