Sure got some misses, the choices of peeping and choosing your story to go forward affects everything. The story got quite a lot of branches.
Same here. It's a permissions problem, turns out the executable is missing the execute bit. Fixed it with `chmod 755 /Applications/MAC\ OSX.app/Contents/MacOS/MAC\ OSX` in the Terminal.
I played this a bit last night, and I kind of like it. But today I have a issue. I m running the 64 bit version of the game, when I start the game I can not load my Profile. it's like the top 3 slots are not "clickable" I noticed this when I first started the game also but I opted to go the the 3'rd spot down and it let me create a player. Not sure what to do now...

If you're not running the 0.04.2 version then go get it, it should fix the problem.
As far as I can tell, the problem is related to the resolution. If you play in windowed mode, then you need to be in 1920x1080, as someone suggested higher up in this thread.
The best solution for this is apparently to create a profile, get in and change the resolution, then restart the game and you should be able to get to the other profiles.
It's something that I haven't encountered myself, so luckily there are a lot of brilliant minds and testers right here and they are willing to share their info.
One of the reasons I love this place.

I took it to my daughters and tested it, and it ran without a hitch, so I'm thinking here ... is this something that all developers run into, when building for a Mac version?
If it is, then this info should be saved somewhere for everyone to see.
I hope it helps everyone out when it comes down to the Mac version of my little project.

It goes for this one as well as the PC versions, that saves made prior to Mack waking up on the 20th of July, are okay to continue from, BUT saves made after this event will fuck up your game. Either now or when 0.05 is released.

You click in the box and start typing, the message will go away. It can appear as if nothing happens when you click in the text field.

Oh, didn't see that before ... you should really be more careful where you put your things so you don't lose them all the time (sorry, couldn't help myself there).
On a serious note, please describe what you do, when it happens?
Are you using 0.04.2? If so are you continuing a save, that is made after the 20th of July? That will fuck up the game. Saves made prior to the 20'th should work.
If you're running 0.04.1 or earlier, then throw it out and get 0.04.2 and read the changelog.

.04.2, started a fresh game, and sometimes when I click menu (with the intent of saving before a choice), the menu opens, but the resume and save buttons aren't there, as though I'm at the title menu rather than in-game.
No recourse but to load an old save. Can't reliably reproduce it, it's infrequent, and doesn't always happen in the same place. Though the first time I hit it it did happen several times when attempting to save before choosing who to help unpack early on. I then just started saving every few lines, figuring I'd at least narrow down when it breaks, but then it worked fine when I next reached that point.

The game does not respond to clicking on the profile creation screen, it is impossible to create or delete the top three rows.

It happened once in a non-choice spot, prior to the problem I had just not bothered saving anywhere but before choices.
If you increase the resolution you can click them, though even at 1920x1080 the first row is partially obstructed (you can get it just below the bottom of the box though).
