Hmm. I wrote a long answer exposing what I think about the whole story, but it turns out I'm not confortable debating it too much in depth in the thread, because once again I don't want to risk spoiling Kaffekop's work. I already spoiled the story a bit for myself by playing the game so much in-depth to build the walkthrough, I don't want to kill the suspense for everybody if it turns out my theories are right.
So I think I'll just shut up. That makes me sad.

Marsha is completely avoidable but some things may take longer to achieve/reach without letting her teach you how to fuck. Some of this will become apparent in the next version but such is the problems of games created using the Patreon approach: They come out in smaller updates.
You wouldn't have paid attention to this, I think, if this was a completed VN, because you would just have kept on playing and realized this within a reasonable amount of play-time.

Marsha is just one thirsty Milf - I don't think she has anything to do with all the shenannigans surrounding you - I think most of the characters are unaware what's going on. The only characters who have to be on your "side" are Jessica and/or Sheila - otherwise logic (and the plot) fall through a black hole into a pool of jumping sharks.
