I think the code doesn't work on Android because the Android one is the public version. The gallery page on Android also shows several scenes locked with red padlocks (scenes available only for the Duchess-tier thingy or something).
Sadly, the cheat code for the gallery is also exclusive to the Duchess tier. I think the clothing store is also not available for the public version, or maybe I missed an event to get the key.

I used the version from OP and the gallery cheat works just fine. All clothes are open with that.

Redownloaded the Android version from OP. The gallery code still doesn't work + the clothing store is also still locked. The code to go to a specific day works.

Only PC is duchess Version, all other are still public. So no working codes whatsoever.

Ez Pz Lemon Squeeze - Multiply damage by 10x.
By Cum Alone - Struggle always win.
Take Me To Floor [Day Number] - Change the day counter for the selected load game slot.
Pretty Privilege - People donate 1000 rifle ammo, 500 shotgun ammo, 20 meds everyday
Knowlegde Is Power - Unlock all the knowledge buffs
(Note: cheats are only available in the supporter version)

For Android Duchess I checked and found that silknomaly made the one only for 0.6.7 not later versions for Duchess Android

These are my screenshots on my android version, which is working fine because i can create a new game or load a slot. While on my laptop(desktop version) the "select slot" and "load slot" doesn't exist, it's completely "blank" when it comes to creating or loading a game slot. The only thing i can click is the "back button". But the good thing is that I can view the gallery and CGI's. But still, it's a shame that I can't even play the game and I don't even know what's the problem with it. I tried reinstalling or even re-downloading but the issues still persists.

Acer Aspire ES 14(Windows), as u can see, my laptop is . To be perfectly clear, all i know is that the first time i did RUN this game, it runs well tbh. Like i can create a game slot. But suddenly, i accidentally pulled the laptop's charger to its socket(technically my laptop's battery is on its deathbed cause it needs to be charging all the time whenever i use lt ) . And after that incident, once i reopen the game , this is where it leads to the issue that I'm talking about. I think it's time to have a new laptop i guess .Oh anyways can you list LAPTOP specs and OS info if possible
