Never said that, I was obviously speaking for myself if it has not been understood well.
But there are some clarifications that should be made:
I don't think something like rape can be considered a niche fetish, in fact it is actually a very popular tag in hentai games and doujinshis (look at its presence in doujinshis on nhentai: 44K, which is really impressive compared to something like MILF: 33K, blowjob: 55K ad ahegao: 38K).
I can understand something like guro (3K on nhentai) or even vore (1K on nhentai), but definitely not rape.
A lot of h-games have actually rape content. You missed my point. When I mentioned niche fetishes, I assumed you would understand that I'm referring to fetishes like scat, gore, and etc. I was under the impression that some things went without saying. I didn't want to go through the trouble of saying "I don't mean this one or that one is niche btw" and then spend a paragraph for a disclaimer. Rape is a given for a lot of good h-titles that have sold well, so it's definitely not niche. People who frequent this forum tend to understand this, especially when a lot of game threads include rape.
