The mom is loving and caring to her family, but has her own "dark side" that you don't have to pursue to continue the story. Right now all you know is that shes into BDSM and works as a dominatrix which doesn't mean she just fucks left and right. I suggest you read what exactly a dominatrix does before implying that they are just like prostitutes. Rachel's friends are just filler characters to the story at the moment. Bella has two routes that you can choose and I highly doubt if you want to go the hero route that she starts being a cam girl ( I mean maybe with the player character). As for Liza shes the romantic type and its already hinted shes at the edge of ending things with Brody. Now with the video its just a matter of how the video gets to her. I doubt based on her character that shes going to marry Brody if she sees him cheating on her.
