For any Linux user out there, that want to play, all you need is to install "wmp9" using "winetricks" into the prefix you use, you also have to make the game run on "wined3d", no DXVK it will crash with no directx found.
Also pay attention to the game's ram usage, apparently the game will crash/corrupt(visually) when it goes past 2.3GB of ram usage and may complain of not enough allocated memory, I think this might be an issue with wined3d but I personally do not know, loved the VN with all that 90's OVA style.

anyone had the complete video uncen ver?
installed the game and save file but this game did not have skip dialogue feature.
and everytime I need to click button patiently.
dang.... I just want to see straight to that uncen scene

If you're only interested in the H-content, skip it (or just download the extracted H-scene compilation).
If you want to read the story, it's worth it (at least for reading it once, you might store it on an external HDD or delete it once done).

Sure, it's possible, my idea from the beginning was to have two audio tracks with and without BGM, but in the end I left it like that to do it quickly. I also wanted to remove the MC dialog box but that was taking a looot of time, so I think I'll forget about that idea.
However I finished Chika 02 that way, if you want it, I can upload it, but only don't expect the other scenes the same way, ok?

Don't worry about the MC dialog box, I don't think it justifies the effort. The videos are great like that!

OK I have not played this game much but from what I seen. He was the one on the bike but he did not get hit as the bike was in perfect condition as well as the guitar case. I expect he may have lost his memory as he can't seem to remember where he is but what is lacking is no inner thoughts. I expect who died though was the one in the red car.

I still can't get this to run through either Wine or Lutris, but your advice did get me closer than before, so thank you for your info.
At the moment, the error I get now is saying something about a "wmvcore.dll", even though I did your WMP9 install tip already through the winetricks before that.
Anyway, I'm somehow unable to find this "wined3d" option even through winetricks unless I'm missing something.

It's cuz if you decrypt the game files you can see a couple things that get cut in the game...pretty common for visual novels actually

I already installed wmp9 via winetricks. it works but still I'm experiencing stops on the video, but the game is playable
