I agree with Lamantin, in fact, Mei (Mandarin for Beautiful,) is easily the most endearing Dom I have seen in any of these games/VNs.

It's the animations. Each one is around 60 images, and there are a lot of them in the game. Its further compounded by things like the chastity cage, that require two versions of each animation. If you know a game with as many animations that's smaller, let me know. I can ask them if there is something I'm missing.
Just wanted to clarify something here. In the Akame route, the game ends saying end of day 4 (in day 5) without actually reaching her home. Is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this?
It's called female domination not egalitarian society for a reason.
If you want a more practical reason then that's simple, it's called ambition. Men were always powerful in past society because they were ambitious, coveted power and knew how to play the game of politics or died trying. The female domination fantasy essentially flips the script and kicks it into overdrive, hence why you often see a matriarchal slave society in femdom games.

Have to say dev, after playing the latest patch on Slave High, I've really noticed improvements in the quality of your content. I'm also enjoying the story, characters and game play of Slave High a lot more than the prequel Second Class because of those improvements.

The interesting thing about Mei is that she is also a yandere, so that gentle, caring side comes with the price of possessiveness and jealousy. Which in all honesty, in this universe you could argue that's a good thing because her actions are motivated by love and a desire to protect you rather than to use and abuse you like most other women in this universe. However, if she's a true yandere then that means she could always become dangerous, breaking up with her or cheating on her could have bad end consequences. Wherever that's locked in the basement bad end or she kills you and/or all love rivals bad end, that's up for the dev to decide.
That said, it's not often you see both yandere and femdom, but it's a winning combination if you ask me.
