Let me correct my previous post, there are at least 3 main girls.
Mei, Riley and Akane.

This is pretty accurate. The story progression between the girls has been disappointing because the characters don't behave how they were set up to be in the beginning. Yeah, I agree with that. The story is suffering from a problem a lot of "femdom" stories share. In that, the women aren't written like real women but are instead treated like kink dispensers. Mei is a good example, she's set up to be possessive initially, but then all of a sudden is fulfilling various cuck fantasies or pleasures the MC constantly through pegging which is a submissive fantasy, not a dominant one and it's not like the kink is forced on the MC either because the MC hasn't expressed any disgust or dislike for it. In this version all 3 routes end with "End of Day 6" but the change log says there's s'pose to be a day 7. Am I missing something or is this just a typo?
It's a typo. It's supposed to say end of Day 7. Dev probably copy pasted the line from the earlier version and forgot to replace 6 with 7 there.
