Also i suggest you to read all the post from page 20 until now, because I've say multiple tips and solutions for the kinds of problems you may find.
If you need more help feel free to ask.
PD: in game play first the free mode and read the Help within the book (Press Tab) and the screen tips (Press ESC>Help)
Also if you don't wanna spend to much time in the free mode, just download my latest save file. You may find it a few pages back. (It contains almost everything unlocked except the story mode)

Then just hold Q in front of them. (Just do this after the purple girl event)

if you are talking about the Milk Cups, yes you can either sell them or give them for free (if a npc drinks it you can press Shift+Enter to have sex with it)

you need to have a LVL 4 Milk Bar in order to unlock it
(All of this is explained within the Book (Press Tab)
