Man, not sure how I ever missed this game, or the one before this (A New Start - unrelatedly does anyone else think of Arrested Development when they see that title? Tobias' license plate? heheh).

Is the first game worth playing through too? Should I play that first before starting on this one?

EDIT: Ahh, I see that the prequel of this series was Vitamin Plus. I wanted to get into that game but I got so annoyed with the obnoxiously long disclaimers which are displayed for like 60 seconds each when you start the game that I couldn't stay interested. I'm really glad to see that the two Slice of Venture games don't have that. Probably seems like a non-issue to most people but for some reason that really bothered me about Vitamin Plus.

I know that it's only versio 0.7, but does this game have finished plot?
Like real ending, or the plot suddenly stops and "wait for updates"?

There is a proper ending (both bad and good variants), and after you manage to get past the good one it unlocks the endless (sandbox) mode.
I higly encourage you to read the guide, otherwise it will be almost impossible to beat this game

Did they make all the characters 18+ in this? I was thrown off by the series when I found out that in a previous game the younger sister was to young for this kind of game anime/hentai or not threw me out of it.

from what I understood it still takes place in the same year as the 1st and 2nd game
2 months after the 1st game?
And the week (or next week) they got back from the uncles house with their mom
