have you left the zergling alone for 3+ days in a row (without doing any scenes with it)? thats whats supposed to trigger the punishment scenes, unless you havent unlocked the punishment lvl 2 scene yet.

yea I've tried that about 6 times but I just keep getting the level 1 scene for some reason

well, sure, but for it to appear, someone has to pay for it and leak it. If the past updates suck or are bugged to hell, probably less people will pay and therefore leak it, catch my drift?

This games been going downhill for awhile honestly. At least for me. It had so much potential (and still could) in the beginning.
