There are a few scenes where some of the girls talk about their past. There are also some scenes where you decide if a girl fucks other guys. It asks you wether you want the vanilla or hardcore scene. The hardcore scenes would be the sharing and possible ntr scenes. Although those scenes are avoidable meaning if you make certain choices they don't happen. Like it's been stated you decide if other guys get a piece of the girls by making simple decisions that are very obvious. The incest would be with the mom and sister, also sometimes you join a mom and daughter, or sister and sister.
