*scene shifts to Michael in his office with the lights off staring at his computer with bloodshot eyes*
*camera pans out to show a confused Jim looking in*
Jim: "I heard some weird noises coming from his office so I assumed he was watching porn. But it doesn't look like he's playing with himself, and the IT guy says he has no record of Michael visiting any sites like that, sooooo..."
*Jim grimaces and stares at camera*
Michael: "This isn't just a game. It's a
simulation. An extremely
realistic simulation I might add. What kind of simulation is it? I'm not at liberty to say. But I believe that this game... this game is the key to success with my relationship with Holly."
Holly: "I think work has been tough on Michael lately. He's been doing overtime at the office and he comes home every day frustrated and angry. It's kind of been taking a toll on our relationship as well."
*scene shifts to Michael sitting on his bed crying while a partially clothed Holly tries to comfort him*
Michael: "It's been a learning process... What have I learned? I have learned... that sometimes, you have to be patient. Sometimes it's gonna take a week... or 7 to start seeing character models that don't look like ghouls. Sometimes, the hole is going to need a good half hour of prodding to get into. And sometimes... sometimes you gotta just quit early, leave a very,
very bad evaluation, and come back fresh the next day with a positive attitude."
