That's already been a thing since almost the beginning. If you take a picture with your phone camera (number 3 to pull it out) you save the character. You can then re-interview them whenever you want from the main menu. If you have monkey you can load them over any subsequent interview during main gameplay too.
I think he meant similar and possibly like an upgraded version to SMA "alternative", hence "HeadGame" being very close... but even so it's still at an early stage and doesn't offer more than SMA currently except for it's amazing graphics and some other features...I think vmate is close, but also with that learning curve people usually run from lol
Some of your list does make sense tho, good suggestions either way for some of us thanks....I think anything closer to SMA in terms of sandbox like headgame and Vmate there's more out there, I can't remember them all...but I do recall personally replacing them all because SMA covered all the areas I thought I liked...but man Headgame is actually really amazing, I hope it grows hah

In XSP, the plot is essentially for show. Otherwise, I gave an example of games that are approximately similar to SMA

Very interesting concept. A bit of a learning curve, but overall solid execution.
Villain simulator i tried long ago and has changed a ton since, going to give it a try this week... might be interesting.
Haha ppl seem to forget about worm type of viruses, they don’t need dll or exe, just open that pretty png or jpg or whatever format of images u have.
We (some of us) wish. Having a female with a strap-on or a trans female PoV would make this the perfect game. Sadly the latter likely won't happen - at least officially. The dev openly stated their anti gay/trans stance.
Here's hoping other devs/modders can eventually figure out a way to replace the player model.
