That's kinda ridiculous honestly if I'm being honest about having less specs and mine runs flawlessly...you might need to optimize your system/check GPU drivers/directX updates; and or other windows visual optimization updates.

Good luck
Thanks for your concern. Honestly it is not a big deal, ofcourse I would've preferred the game to perform better than this but at this point I am not going to do anything more than changing a few settings from nvidia control panel because I'd hate to accidentally break my perfectly working system just because a porn game refuses to work properly.

Speaking of control panel, I just toggled a few settings on and off(vsync, gsync, framerate limit etc) but they still didn't make any difference in the game.

My graphics card driver is at worst probably only a few versions behind current latest version, last time I updated it was when that robocop game was released.

DirectX updates are downloaded by automatic windows updates as far as I know.

Perhaps another important thing to note is that I am having this problem only with this game. No other game does this. Seems to be an optimization thing. Fortunately it is just a porn game so I can roll with it, if this was some action oriented game it would be a game breaker.

EDIT: I've tried deleting mods to see if they are causing this problem. It isn't a mod issue. I've also deleted bepinex itself. Still not good.

Tough but yea one game probably ain't worth a system that can't run it if all else is working well. Also sometimes it's better to leave old GPU drivers alone and only update if the patch notes makes sense towards an application you need updated; otherwise new drivers can sometimes cause more issues than older ones.

Cheers

Sorry, I didn't include specs of my pc because I don't think they are the problem here.
But if it makes things better, here: Win 10, 32GB RAM and you can see the rest in the screenshot below.
I've noticed this only happens when a new model appears on screen. If I am alone in the office I get constant 144 fps. As soon as I start an interview framerate goes down significantly for seemingly no reason.

Weird, you should have at least 60 rocksolid fps with that setup. I have comparable hardware (5%) and never drops under 60fps in 1920x1080.
Did you check if the Nvidia app is set to 'cool/silent/whatever to limit horsepower' mode?
What resolution do you use? If you run in 4k I can understand why you have low fps.
Is some random russian guy bitcoin farming on your PC?
Did you try quitting your porn download..?

The last two where jokes, but you should get at least 60fps with what you have.

Very weird indeed. I am mostly using default settings in nvidia control panel. The only things I changed are DSR settings which enables me to play games up to 4k resolution. Default setting for power management is "optimal power" which probably acts as a power saving mode. I changed it to "prefer maximum performance" but this didn't make any difference either.

Unfortunately it isn't about resolution either. I was initially playing the game at 1600x900 when I first said there is a problem with performance but since that post I've tried every in game setting + some nvidia control panel settings too. Nothing I tried so far solves the problem. If I am alone in the office I get around 144 fps but as soon as I start an interview and a model appears on screen fps suddenly drops to between 30 to 44. Here are some of the examples of what I've tried again now:

No matter what I do game insists on not going above 44 fps during interviews so currently I am using max settings because it doesn't change anything performance wise anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Seems counterintuitive with this game on max, specs on my PC would blowup my house lol

Definitely makes a difference for like 99% of us; just from experience on how long I've been playing this and other games with much needed optimizations.

Try this.... here's what I run it at...good luck.

Mind anyone we're probably not running the same RTX drivers/dx drivers or windows visual updates; but this works fine on my end with no hiccups unless she's coughing lol

Those are default settings of nvidia control panel. They are same as my global profile. And I've already tried changing all in game settings, makes absolutely zero difference in my case.

Actually I've changed some of my global settings long ago so not entirely sure what's the default for everyone else; but yeah did this because of my current specs and to stay ahead of my other apps in terms of performance...but yea was just sharing. Cheers

Try updating your video drivers. You said they were out of date, that could be the problem.
Just did it now, still no change.

Also run userbenchmark.com to see if the problem is with your computer or just this game.
It is not a hardware problem. Either this game has issues or something installed on my system is not playing nice with this game, to be more specific it plays well until I start an interview. As soon as I start it gpu is reduced to using only ~1/3 of its power, it is almost like a framerate limit is there but there isn't. Cpu doesn't even give a fuck, it sits between 20 to 30% usage regardless of if I am in an interview or not.

That sucks, I hope you find a solution.

All I can say is this game looks really, really good with everything turned up.

when was your last windows reinstall? Maybe one of your drivers got fucked baadly by a windows update. If it persists after that check LatencyMon and go to a specialised forum if you get high execution times. They will know what drivers are the culprits and what to do.

Last windows install was probably a few years ago.
I don't think drivers are fucked, every other program I have works fine, even heavy hitters like vr games and ai drawing tools such as stable diffusion works perfectly. If one of the drivers were fucked that wouldn't just affect a single porn game and I would've spotted it by now. And LatencyMon doesn't report anything bad:
LatencyMon said:
Conclusion: Your system appears to be suitable for handling real-time audio and other tasks without dropouts.

Maybe your PC can not handle the girl (or is too shy...). AI is a bitch.
