If you want Dru's ending, just keep choosing her when the option presents itself. Kiss her when you meet, have sex with her when she offers, and she will be an option at the end. I'm pretty sure when the game gives you a list of characters to choose from at the end, you won't get rejected by any of the choices, just play through.

As for games you can romance a disabled girl, have you tried Summer's Gone? One of the LIs is blinded at the very beginning of the story.

This is the first game of a 3-part series. Each game will have a different MC and different LIs. Some NPCs that appeared in this game may appear in one or more of the 2 future games, but none of these LIs will be LIs in the new games.

The 3 MCs all know each other, and Aoife's aunt will be featured. That's about all we know.
