I did it, after extensive research I have deduced the games final captured character and how the game will end.
We did get Lobo added into the game semi-recently. I suppose it would make some sense.
I feel like there is a critical underappreciation for best girl Death here, I mean the hair fits

The reason most of us “pirate” a free game (it has to be free unless he wants to get sued) is he has spent so many years not learning how to use unity or fundamentals of C# for troubleshooting his own mess and then blames his constant delays beyond his self-imposed deadlines on his ineptitude using his tools of choice. He should be a pro at unity by now, not a work slave to the mushroom king.
If he wanted to, he could do the research needed to rebuild SU during the month and a half (according to himself on discord) he’s not working on the game, and then use that month and a half to rebuild AND STILL have two weeks to drag out a release...
so yeah.
I’d give him some slack, but he just keeps cutting the rope...

Another one just came to mind, but what about Assault on Arkham's version of Killer Frost. Even though, yeah, we've already got ONE Killer Frost locked in the basement. However, unlike Harley, this wouldn't just be another case of cloning, considering there've been 3 different Killer Frosts (assuming the KF in Assault on Arkham and the KF we already have are two different women)

I don't think it's any of the Batman Beyond/Zeta ladies or Static Shock (Nails is the closest one. Doesn't seem to be any of the Legion of Super Heroes. Here are some it could potentially be.
Kathleen Duquesne (1 of the Batwomen)
Hair could fit. Outfit doesn't fit but she does change clothing a lot.
Tula - Aquagirl (Young Justice)
Hair can fit but the outfit doesn't.
Rocket (Young Justice)
Somewhat similar hair (maybe exaggerated to different to be different to the other black ladies), the clothing may make sense for her comic counterpoint
Death
Somehow Circe and Tala summon her? Hair wise it might fit though not sure about the outfit though.
Cassandra Cain
Has never fully taken her outfit off (YJ animated wise) but it's bit like trying to guess with Sazu's hair.
Bumblebee
Doesn't traditionally have that hair and it tends to be more flat.
Crush (Lobo's Daughter)
It may not be her due to the partially shaved off hair . Clothing could fit.
Copperhead (Female/Arkham)
Discord favorite. Hair somewhat similar. Clothes don't quite fit
Siobhan Smythe (Silver Banshee)
Clothes potentially fit, Hair might but probably not.
Paula Crock/Huntress - Artemis and Cheshire's mother
Hair fits in the same way the Rocket's does/ Clothing doesn't quite fit.
Scandal Savage (Vandal's daughter)
Hair doesn't seem long enough. Outfit might fit.
Louise Lincoln - Killer Frost (Batman Assault on Arkham)
Hair potentially fits but outfit not so much.

It would be different if he did. She doesn't have a proper animated design, the closest thing he's done to that has been Rose Wilson (who has TT Go design)
She is the most different of the other Harley's...
