It has been answered. More or less, and I paraphrase, by keeping the team who works on SU small, SR7 avoids those dreaded DMCA issues. So, if it is one guy's hobby, it complies with the DMCA stipulations that one can use another's intellectual property as parody or criticism.

I wasn't really asking about getting more developers, I was primarily asking about them fixing the grammatical errors in the game. That hasn't been addressed since I asked from what I've read so far.

He hasn't implemented the other cloning tanks yet. and i'm not sure since this is speculation on my part but I don't think he would set it up for multiples of the same character, what would be the point? (other than a selfcest scene which might be worth it if its someone like Blackfire or Galatea)

in term of gameplay, cloning existing characters can be a way to have a girl in cell and working in the bordello at the same time
can be a smart shortcut to unlock new content for the galley without having to reset her device
