Clarify: I'm only like half an hour into my first playthrough. My specialty is story and plot and creative ideas, so maybe some suggestions are arrogant. Also I'm not paying, so there's that.
The plot, if there is one, seems lacklustre. Strong overarching premise of capturing heroines and making them work, but that's it. [Mr. Luthor, I do not believe in any capacity that you're doing this out of necessity. You've thrived on this back-and-forth with the Justice League for God knows how long without this.]

And I daresay if Lex has people like Batgirl and Wonder Woman in his hold, he wouldn't be doing something as petty as making them strip. I think there should be a mechanism to use your heroines to lower your threat level when you brainwash them to a certain degree. Also suggested--personal slaves and maybe moral decay.
There is little that is more appealing in erotic work with heroines than seeing them fall--especially if it's on their own 'free will' and choices.
Truth is, the Justice League is the JL because its heroes are strong and unrelenting in their work. Forget capturing them or lewding them, just letting the villains see them in this light would prompt bolder, more aggressive crimes that could endanger Luthor's grand corruption plan. Might wanna do something about that, Lex.
Also, can I just say that Lex facepalming at Harley and Mercy's catfighting is pure gold? Also dat 'why me, universe'...legit made me laugh. Maybe the Lex of this world is not the same Lex we all know, but...ah, that's not really my business, yeah?
