it depends on where you are in the world. The update always appears on the last day of the month but for someone else it might be on the first

go back in the forum and there's a full save someone already added. just drop it in the registry and you'll have it all back. i went through the same thing

The work is all Sunsetriders7. 1 man, who put himself through about 2 weeks of neigh-on sleepless crunch and then some. (We're trying to get him to stop doing that, unfortunately the dev cycle for 2.1.9 got a little rough.)
Is there a way to unlock the Office/Lexcorp costumes for henchwomen besides starting a new save?
