Is it correct that if I put Batgirl or other girls in the cells, they can't back to the stage? I wonder why someone should do this and loose money after spending so much on them.

No it's not.You probably didn't read what the game have told you when you try to unlock the device for any heroine.
You can rest it but you will start from level 1-only dancing at glamour slam.You need again the level up device for more complex things like strip,special at slam and all the goodies in bordello.

Making money is really easy in this game anyway. Big money heists are easy and you can buy a medallion from Tala to increase the chances of success by 10%, easily reaching 90% even with just two 100k heroes. A 150k hero with a 100k hero is 100%.

No it's not.You probably didn't read what the game have told you when you try to unlock the device for any heroine.
You can rest it but you will start from level 1-only dancing at glamour slam.You need again the level up device for more complex things like strip,special at slam and all the goodies in bordello.

But I see no reason why doing so. When I played the game till I got the bordello (and a while longer!), I would need a really good reason to put her to the beginning lvl. It made no sense for me to put her in a cell and start at lvl 1 again.

The cell is the place where you get the most content for superheroines.If you want Lex to fuck and interract with them when they are not brainwashed like in bordello,that is the place when you need them to be.
So far 6 have full cell content.
-Terra,Miss Martian,Artemis,Batgirl,Vixen and Supergirl
3 others have some cell content
-Stargirl,Starfire and Wonder Woman
4 have nothing so far
-Huntress,Black Canary,Zatanna and Hawkgirl

Why is a reset necessary to see other content in the bordello? I thought it is possible to remove them from MB and put them back to dancing, if I remember correctly.

You not reset them to level 1 if you put them in the cells.
You reset the device in order to remove them from the cells and put them back at Glamour Slam or Meta Bordello.

They are still lvl 1 if I want to use them again. It makes not really any difference if it happens before or after. In the end it is still the same issue. And I just have no plausible reason to put them in the cell, especially if I need to lvlup them later again. Beside outside the game knowledge, that there is content in the cells. It would no make no sense for Lex or his partners.

How much money gives you the big heist?

I remember hiring 2 goons for 250k and getting 450k. I think there's an RNG factor but I'm not sure. Either way it's a 100% chance, just a matter of upgrading your hideout so that you can hire goons every day.

I have plausible reasons to work with Tala, Roulette and other villains together, plausible reasons to build later the MB, plausible reasons for the events. Plausible reasons to lvl-up characters and locations, and get better heroines. But no plausible reason to throw hard-trained into a cell and to have them later on lvl 1 if I want to use them again.

I play games also for story related reasons and not just for content. If I want just content I just watch porn videos. Or in games I would just watch the gallery movies (in some games activeted with a mod).

Catwoman has no scene at this moment
With Stargirl you can perform only Dance
With StarFire you can perform only - Dance (alone)
-Dance and Inspect (if you have Blackfire as henchwomen)
