No fr, this game's great. 1st time playing a zombie AVN and let me tell you this is PEAK. I won't lie I was hesitating a bit when I saw only 2 eps. Bc you know, usually those zombie stories are such slowburns it actually burns lol. But those episode were worth 10 in other games.
Anyway, Idk if there are other zombie games like this one but this one is definitely in my s-tier AVN folder lol.

I saw the message from the dev at the end saying he poured his soul in it and it shows.
I was a bit worried abt him having a hard time gaining support. I saw he's doing quite well on patreon, can't see the stats on itch though. However I guess with a part time job he could sustain himself pretty well with the money he makes. Hope the 3rd episode convince more ppl so he can solely focus on the game.

I have noticed some mistakes abt some choice consequences.
Like the one where we kill one guy. Instead of using killcount = 1. I noticed only < was used. Which made it seem as if we killed Jorge or whatever his name is lol even though we only killed person.
Second is pretty much the same mistake, but with the mercenaries when you ask for 50% on the > is used which means they don't wanna kill you even if you asked for 50 lol.



I wish all the best to dev/s, can't wait for that 3rd episode to come out
Definitely adding this to my shonen list, can't wait to fight a boss and I see potential super-human/soldier growing from that scientist's hand, can't wait for those(just a theory not a spoil).

Actually that is not true, unfortunately this game doesn't have the recognition it deserves. Other games launched at the same time as this one has, are doing wayyy too better on patreon with almost 10 times the subscribers as this game. So unless the steam release that is planned along with episode 3 doesn't bring in enough support, Dev will still have to work on this part time.

Fr? I though he was doing quite well but Ig I'm mostly comparing him to dev/s who work part time lol. Oh my bad checked again and he only has 150 subs. My dumb ass read 1 500 subs lol. I mean it's still quite good for 2 episodes.
But I agree with you that this deserves more attention I was actually quite taken aback when I saw that this thread wasn't over 100 pages.
Alas that's the problem with long updates. I love them but the sad thing is that if you don't update regularly you won't get talked as much. The max I'd set for an update would be 2 months (short to mid length).
What I'd advise the dev to do is variate. What I mean is he should do one episode a one long update and the next episode multiple updates. So that the game gets more noticed.
If you don't have a strategy to sell your game you could be the best dev ou there it doesn't matter.

I rly wish he overcomes his financial situation.

For exemple I saw some dev/s put some of their characters in ohter games as easter eggs or help another dev in exchange for some advertising...
I will also add that this game's front img rly doesn't do it justice
Also It may be that for those games, right there's always the luck factor. However believe when I saw that the more you see a game pop in the front page the more chances ppl will take a look at it. So you can't say it's not true, some just have tortry harder or just differently from others.

Take me for exemple, a lot of times a game catches my eye but idk that I'm just too lazy to start playing it. I often wait for it to pop in the latest updates.

Again, Check your Dms since i can't discuss those other games here, they are complete vanilla games, when you compare those games to this one, you will see that this game has more "Kinks" than those, Ik you are trying to find a logical sense as to why this game is not popular but it is just weird that somewhere i belong is not, It is not about quick updates, it is not about quality, it is not about story either since this one is a banger itself. And all of them launched pretty close to each other. And i'm pretty sure all of those are 1st time developers developing their first game too.

I actually had this on my radar / backlog since around December maybe a month or 2 before I just never got around to it until recently. When I was I saw Ep 2 wasn't far off so decided to wait a little longer.

Decided to keep an eye on it until 1st chapter was fully done.
