How did you unlock the misnister of education? I picked up trash in the park and got full citizen satisfaction and also explored all option in the minister of urban office but the option to the minister of education office is still grayed out.

The date takes place at a beach, but you start it either at home or residential area or at city hall. Can't remember correctly, but don't go around searching for a beach.

there s no way bro, just skipped time in all of this location - no triggering or new options apppear. Maybe there is another walkthrough different from pinned sometimes this too hard to understand

OMG I found it, i triggered it on a next day (weekend 8:20 am for me) after i offered her to date. i couldnt trigger it for 2 days GOD

IIRC there is "weekend" written somewhere in the walkthrough, so I thought you already knew that. But you almost never (maybe actually never) need to go to a "next day", so skipping time back or forwards shouldn't matter.

Yes it is latest version,but this bug happens whether I start a new game or use an old save.

0.60 is the game version, I meant the translation version (1.8 vs 1.9). Either way, I'll use it.
