The Dev added an option in the Preferences screen that i think your mod is removing, can you check that?
Its so we can pause sex scenes (pausepatch isnt working anymore)

The DEV supplied option for pausing in preferences is still there, even with the Mod.
EDIT: Actually I lied, you are correct everything pauses fine EXCEPT the sex scenes

Yeah, that one is, but he added a couple more with this version, that I forgot to add to the mod. Just updated and re-upload.

I try to, not always the case though. There have been a few times I've had to put off the updates for mods by a day or so. HA or a week during my honeymoon. LOL
