You are missing Day26.rpa from the /game folder, simple as that. Redownload the 0.27.0.

Let me put it this clear. The leaked update was only from 0.27.0 to 0.28.0, so it will only contain the files necessary for day 28, every other file, such as the images to previous days is in the full download at the moment. Any older version than 0.27.0 will have images missing if the update only is applied.

The mod contains the script files, obviously, it will allow the continuation despite the missing images so it is working correctly.

I thought I was playing the 0.28 version you have listed here, but I went into my files to discover I was playing 0.25 with the MOD for 0.28.
So naturally, I am downloading the current version as I type this.
5GB in 2 mins is pretty cool lol I love this NvME drive I am now using.
This VN is awesome btw, I love the story and direction you are taking it in.
I would still play this even if there was little to no sex...but I AM glad I finally got to see Mei.

In these games, it gets so easy to take being a jerk or a moron or a hustler 4 granted,
like MC has all the bad, the off putting degeneracy towards gurls, but dev ex makina brings them
to him. Not to mention the falling of gurls 4 a**holes while they, the so called
contenders of MC, are the worst, but writers just want to make gamers
spite and / or hate the gurls, because when you take the good route and your babe
still hangs out with the demeaning + hurtful +abusive bad guy, you just come to wonder
what is the whole point ...

Your game makes that point. Gamers can see what it is like to be a man,
no child, no damaged degenerate, a full fledged man:
taking what he wants, what he is owed, not having to compromise

Try earlier save (autosave perhaps), ren'py likes to act up randomly for no good reason.

This is the reason why I keep saves from a couple of versions ago in other games or kept when I actually had time to play if we are accurate, never know when ren'py decides that the comma in some random sentence has moved one spot to the left and it stops working.

I have the same issues with Mixdrop. Every other service is full speed.

When Miyuki asked my mc told her warrior monks and something else he wasn't sure of. Did that happen off screen or something? or an event we'll see in a flashback?

It's upcoming in 0.29.0, he just read the scrolls after Maie left so he just knows who he is meeting.

First off Fairie Dragon is best girl. I love all the movements you give her during scenes. it really adds to her personality.

Second, overall the story is pretty interesting. Which overall is a pretty low bar to overcome on most games on this site but I digress.

Third, there seems to be a bit of immersion breaking if you overall reject miyuki. Because I get the scene where she basically gets mad at you for rejecting her then later before the gala event she acts all lovey dovey with the Mc and each scene afterwards. Whenever the game gets finished might need to clean up a few of these scenes. For the Miyuki rejecters out there.

That shouldn't happen unless there are some variable checks breaking unexpectedly. If you are on the "advisor" path she shouldn't act lovey-dovey, sure there are few scenes where she is close intentionally, but beyond that shouldn't really happen.

You downloaded the full game and applied the latest mod? The full download from here is version 0.27.0 the mod is for version 0.28.0.

So what you need to do is to download the "update only" and extract it, and put the resulting .rpa (day28.rpa, scripts.rpa, gui.rpa and images.rpa) files to the 0.27.0 /game folder, overwriting the files it needs. And preferably reapply the mod.

If it is happening after the first sex scene with Maie, do the same thing.

The public release is on the 9th, the release schedule is on the changelog which can be found either on Patreon or on the blog.

The update consists of 4 files:

• Day28.rpa <= Contains the images for the update.
• scripts.rpa <= Contains the updated script files.
• gui.rpa <= contains the GUI files.
• images.rpa <= Contains miscellaneous images.

All 4 rpa's needs to be present, and the old scripts.rpa, gui.rpa and images.rpa needs to be overwriten.
