Just started playing this game today and I think I'm stuck? I can't seem to get my engine stat past 33% to get to the anomaly. There are no items in any shop that I can see that can help me, I've checked seemingly every nook and cranny of the game, I've gotten over a million credits just from faffing about aimlessly, but I can't seem to find any way to get 50%. I checked the walkthrough and all it says is "earn enough money to get to the Anomaly to find a new crew member" but clearly that's not all that I have to do, because I surely have more than enough money by this point. I have every subsystem that seems available to me installed, and my Pulse Engine Mk. 1 has an AI Core, a Positron Stabilizer, a Flux Modulator, and an Output Controller installed. My current quests are Find A Way Home, Travel To The Anomaly, and Going For It, and as far as I can tell there is nothing in the game that tells me anything about what I'm supposed to do next. Please help, and maybe fix this problem in future updates, because as far as I can tell I am completely and truly stuck here.
You have to install 3 full rows of subsystems (AI Core, Positron Stabilizer, etc) to get up to 100%. If you really need to, you can steal them from your mining laser.

I implemented it in a very basic way so far.
- there are (a) complementary traits (flexible/inflexible, nympho/frigid, etc..)
- there are (b) independent traits (playful, ...)
Some trait combos give merits, such as
- additional stats on max talents
- modifications of likes/dislikes
I didn't go much further, as the design is rudimentary at the moment.
If I change anything for the traits, I would probably start with behavioural events during training, e.g.
- "x gained 5 talent points in category ORA due to your rigorous training in that discipline..."
- "due to extended BON training, x has acquired the trait 'flexible'"
- "having been trained to > 100 in all 5 disciplines, x has gained the trait 'perverted')
and something of the kind
There might also be negatives. 'x cortex has burned out due to...', but I haven't thought about such mechanics in detail yet.
Further aspects could be
- sending your bot to competitions, earning medals (that add to the bots value)...
- getting bots sent to "straighten them out" and earning a big reward....
- ...
I rescued Verity, and I got thanked for it, but then I've never seen Verity again. Where can I continue with her? There are things missing in the gallery where she is supposed to be on my ship dancing.
need to meet some things to have a time with her, while being on iltari station can contact her using comms on your coumputer terminal at your quarters, need to be docked there at 20:00 for meeting to happen, but may contact her in the morning and when you come back to starbase meet her, she will be in the mess room and may give her up to two cocktails in order to make things happen (talk to her first to know what she likes more)
So I played this game for 5 ish hours, and none of the characters liked the MC, liked sex, were enthusiastic about sex or the kinky stuff, or had any meaningful or bonding experiences with the MC. All it is, is just grind and grind and finding gear. I don't even know why this game exists in this state, tbh.
just because your character is named jim 'dirk' or something alike? doesnt mean any woman you meet may lauch at your feet looking for sex, maybe you just wasted your time playing blindly not looking for any trigger to start something with them (there is a walkthrough for a reason) apart for the grinding for parts, for ship for starters, for bots later, there are lots of stuff in here, but need to find them..
maybe because you dont like how this game is done, doesn't mean is bad, and even you have a game developer tag, i doubt you should have it as here only seen your posting on 1 abandoned game with some ugly graphics (sure wont waste a second trying it out) imo you should stop trolling and look for someone else to go for.. or better try to end what you started before talking about how things should not be done
If this issue happened after the doctor joined the crew on board and you achieved free travel access to the Quthor Star System then it might be a bug. I was under the impression this is fixed with the version 15e which you can download in the original post. Spend one night in game and that issue should fix itself.

yea that's the biggest problem in my opinion about this game (and the previous one ) is that the girls don't seem to enjoy it, witch makes the hole thing ring kinda hollow they feel more like meat puppet than actual character(even tho they are but you get my point ) (haven't played the game in a while so if that as changed good for you dev)

Just out of curiousity, does T'Ris ever do anything else on the public uniform walks in the starting space station after coming back from Krell/other systems? Put another way, once perversion and submission are higher than can be achieved in the initial system, are there more variations on the walks?
At least there are some more chat options to break up the monotony, although hard to tell if the options are gated (ie, there don't seem to be any more boring ones, just more "fun" ones that seem to occur with higher stats).

Well, Iltari is a decent place so Krell Uniforms in Public are prohibited
As to the public pet training that feature might still be expanded post 1.40
