I don't think you can. Need a keyboard foor it and you can't do QTEs on Android.
The developer is just dum dum or lazy to adapt it for android. There was a version in QTE where the keyboard came out on android, but it covered the screen itself - breaking the possibility of passing.
The latest update has been ready for several months, and the game is over. Now I'm putting all my efforts into a new project, you can find out the details

When are we going to be able to try a playable version of the new game, it's been stuck on 1% for a while now on the website.
