Even use other's save file and use replay scene it's still freeze .

just keep going right after exiting your first office. T-shape road come, go towards right upper corner , should come across vehicle parked and long lever gate . That is the building.

I have 40 gb left on my pc. I restarted 5 times and it still froze. It also froze when i did it from the save you provided a few posts up.
