Can you give me a link where I can download the game you mentioned (Delirium? Citadel?), which contains the game Spring City as a chapter?

Technically the game version is 0.8 and not 0.5, but it's just called the final version (basically 1.0).
Also the mod version is just that, a mod version. It just means I've updated the mod 3 times for the final version.
What is the error you get?
Never played konk island as I'm not a fan of the male model never played spring city but might later played pongo delta and I'm downloading delirium as we speak from svscomics to check it out.

I got issues as well. Seems like starting the game creates a whole bunch of .rpyc files and the game is then complaining that various texts are defined twice (inside the .rpy as well as the .rpyc files).
To fix it I deleted all the .rpy files once the .rpyc files were created (after the game crashed once).
The files are located in:
- SpringCity-0.8-pc
- SpringCity-0.8-pc\game
- SpringCity-0.8-pc\game\scripts
- SpringCity-0.8-pc\game\story
Hopefully this also helps Yanagi-san.
No files should be in the above location.
These are the correct locations.

I see the issue, if you click Reload on the bottom left of the screen when the error appears it'll fix itself.
