yea i know, i just figured it wasnt realy used becouse most games i have seen have 3 some without that tag, while the ones with the tag have a 4 some (mostly within the ntr content) i almost expect a game to have at least one 3some haha

If you use the WT mod, it gives you a hint notification for the optimal time to stop using the phone and do all of the tv/chore scenes with lexi.
Unfortunately, those hints seemed to stop after the one telling you the very specific chain of actions you need to do to get the cafe job. So, I'm not sure if I did everything in the right order/missed anything after that.
But, the mod dev did say makin the mod was a pain, and they only did it for this update because certain people really spoke up for it, so can't blame them for not redoing all of those hints that got changed around with the new content.

Updated... again.
I've made the walkthrough a bit better and easier to follow.
It will now guide you through every choice from beginning to end (so you wont need to take screenshots anymore).
I've also made the mod give you money for things as-and-when you need them (as long as you follow the green and recommended choices).
At the very end of the game (you'll know when), you can move back to Brenda's and do all the chores to see extra content if you wish.

Also you can still get the cafe job without doing the events in that order, it just changes dialog with Ariel.
(The walkthrough way has better dialog)
