I am eternally puzzled by people who play games ‘to get to the good part’. Whether it is 25 hours or 25 minutes if you don’t enjoy the actually game then why are you bothering to play it? There are plenty of videos, art pieces and novels (visual, audio and text) if all you care about is the ‘pay off’.
The ‘reward’ for playing a game is the enjoyable experience of playing.
SKA is a good game.
It has a decent* RPG system. A solid story with engaging characters. Interesting elements and themes, some of them kinky but that is no more relevant than ‘adventure vs mystery’.
* for a one (now two?) person team it is amazing, but RPGs are a very mature area of development.
