I think that at least some people view the MC as themselves so the want to like the MC. It is probably why so many games allow you to name the character. I would guess that a majority of people give the character their own actual name. So suggestion number one, allow the player to choose MC's name. Since two of the female characters have been "sullied" for some players, allow MC to avoid sexual relationships with them. Please avoid having additional LI's getting involved with other male characters if that is what the player wants.

I agree the developer should be able to create whatever story he or she wants. I am just suggesting what would keep me playing and what I would be willing to support. I too agree that the renders are great. I would like to enjoy this game going forward but I will not if the next update continues the way the story has gone so far. As apparent from many of the previous comments posted many people agree. I guess as always the developer will have to decide whether he or she wants to be financially successful or to be true to their own vision (if the first chapter is indicative of that vision.) I applaud sticking with whatever story the developer wants to tell, I just won't support with my time or my money. It is possible that the game will be successful either way. It just seems that there are more people unhappy with the first chapter than are happy.

Amusing you mention "financially successful" when you and probably 99% of the other whiners in the thread, who self-insert into every story so hard the plot bumps into their large intestine past their rectum, have yet to give the dev a single dollar in true support.

By all means, if you want to drop your Patreon then do so, just don't come posting in a free game thread about something you specifically don't like about the plot and story. Sure, complain about missing a roll-back feature, the ability to skip scenes you already saw, a gallery, etc, just not the story because that's the dev's to tell, not mine or yours.

Oh, and for all the weak personality types who can't stand to ever see any other female character in a story getting any action, you must lead incredibly sheltered lives if you think all women are pristine and pure before any MC in any story, game or novel enters in a relationship with them. Get over yourselves. Every game isn't (thankfully) a harem game, and if you don't like the plot then by all means go frequent another game thread that better suits your tastes, but stop whinging in every game thread because a dev has the balls/ovaries to write things their own way.

Yes, it is possible, we will add this option in a future release. By the way, at the moment you can move on by pressing the space bar.

As we mentioned above, we will add the missing interface functionality in the nearest patch. As for the plot, you can rest assured, it will be even more interesting

I don't think I was whining. My post is intended to be more like a survey to let the developer know I what I liked and did not like. Other people post and give their opinions as well. The developer is free to take these opinions into consideration or not. My opinion matters no more nor less than yours. I have supported developers but you are right I have not supported this one because I did not like an aspect of the story so far, that may change. If I were a developer (and sadly I lack the skills) I would want to tell the story I wanted to tell. I can say that because I would not be trying to make a living doing so. If I were trying to make a living making these stories, I would want to know the opinions of players (customers.) We both have our own tastes, neither is right or wrong. There are enough games here for all of us and the more developers working the better. I sincerely wish him/her good luck and good fortune in whatever direction he/she decides to go.

Game is good enough so far that I finished this even with random white flash while in dialogues, the annoying forced animations and the saves doing nothing because they just get placed at the beginning of a scene.

The renders are excellent and the story could be good (it could also be terrible so take care of with it). So far so good. Hoping it doesnt get abandoned.

Thanks for your feedback We are working on the interface and it will get much better in the next update. As for the plot, don't worry it only gets more interesting!

A lot of promise and potential in this one. Renders are great. There's a story there to be told if it gets out correctly and doesn't lose it's way somewhere along the way. This is pretty good for a demo, a fast reader should probably take a little under half an hour, it took me probably about 30-40 minutes over two days but I read slow. Things look like they could be very interesting. The characters seem to be good too.

One thing this needs is editing. Lots and lots of editing be a proofreader. Sometimes even the characters names get spelled different from one screen to another. That and the grammar is all over the place. No misspells other than character names but it definitely needs a proof read. Other than that the game looks really good. Liked the basketball choice game, thought that was interesting and fresh. Like the amount of choices period. Got this one watched, looking forward to seeing this develop and hopefully it goes on well.

I'm firmly in the Ren'Py camp when it comes to VNs. The particle effects possible in Unity are pretty and add a lot to the presentation and polish of your product, but most people here would agree they are ultimately unnecessary and largely unappreciated by your target audience. As I'm sure you've seen by the dozens of comments previous, we really really like to skip through what we've already seen and try alternate choices. The first time we see a pretty scene with moving particles and whatnot, it's nice... having to sit through it a dozen times as we try to explore the world, not so much.

Nice, someone makes a polite post about a game, not negative at all, just mentions a few points and you feel the need to rant at him like there's no tomorrow, making weak-assed, dull assumptions about his and others' motivations and declare that he has no right to give his opinion.

The point about not wanting to have to share women in games has nothing to do with reality. We "weak personality types" KNOW that in reality women have already had partners and that women we might find attractive or are interested in are in relationships.
It must be complete surprise that this is the case, but trust me that's how it is.
Just like Harem games aren't something we actually expect to exist in real life, if you aren't a sheik or Hugh Hefner or someone like that.
And we are usually fine with that, there might be a few exceptions, but most of us live in RL and know our way around.

It's a fantasy of ours that in a perfect world, all the women we want also want us and no one else.
And what might also surprise you, it doesn't have anything to do with weak personalities (as if being willing to share your lady somehow makes you a tough personality and not just a weak-ass wimp being cucked), just with personal preferences or kinks we enjoy.
BTW I don't actually think that people who are into NTR or sharing in games are weak pussies that can't hold their women, I just wanted to show you how inane your own argumentation was.

Please make those intros, zoom in animations and everything else skippable. I think a lot of people including me are very used to being limited only by how fast we read. Waiting for unskippable stuff to end takes like 30% of game time here. What this countdown circle in bottom right supposed to achieve? And I don't need to stare at the picture of that girl for 10 seconds, she is hot I get that but can I please continue?

edit: Also please make voyeur stuff skippable as well. This time I was lucky as I didn't really like or care about girls involved but making it skippable seems like a common sense.

As we wrote earlier, we will remove all delays. As for skipping scenes - we are working on this issue too.

Actually, I like it when the female character is already in relationship with some antagonist and we steal her from him and cuck him. You know, some "netori" action here and there is what I like. So no problem here about this aspect. It's weird that people complain about it, but I don't care. And it's also great to have female antagonists, because a hate fuck in porn is fun too. I think, that it's great to have variety. A girl who likes you and wants to fuck you, a girl that has to be persuaded, a girl, that hates you, but then we get a chance to fuck her, etc.

I don't want for the MC to have it so easy to just be "the only man and the girls fight over him". It's much better to get invested into the MC if the he has to struggle. Why do you think, that Berserk (yeah, I know, a different genre) has such a cult following and is regarded as one of the best mangas of all time, but isekai harem light novels are considered trash?

Btw, Jack should have had the option recorded a video of those 2 in the locker room and show it to Mallory or blackmail them. Obviously an option for a kind of bad guy playthrough.

Wow, played and like it. Outdoor scenery is littlebit cheap and Unity has problems with smooth play with high detailed images. Scenario is quite good and all stick together. Girls are pretty hot ad made with a taste. I'll be waiting for another chapter.
