I highly doubt the mc will get an active role, but a 69 and/or mutual masturbation would be nice to see. Or maybe a threesome with the mc in the middle, so giving/receiving at the same time could be also interesting as option.
Admire that this project doubles down on its concept and executes it pretty well. More so that it's sticking to its core while varying the situations and cast. Definitely looking forward to the next update.

Not talking about the game, I was commenting on topping futas, tongue and cheek. I guess I was referencing a subculture thing. Futadom is a popular fetish often even portayed as taking place in totalitarian / supremacist setting. Like the Theocracy faction in this game. They're more similar to the mythical hermaphrodites than transwomen. I feel like comparing them to transwomen has some extra implications which aren't in the game.
They really are just a catch all term that gives people who have hangups about the fact that dicks only grow in male bodies, the room they need to enjoy dicks.

I would say this doesn't apply in this game.
Think the author mentioned before that the human trans/dickgirls are the result of modifying ones own body via surgery, genetic engeneering and other methods.
No idea about the aliens like Markala however.
