This game really pushes the limit. Its about as close as you can get to being a horror game while still providing enough sexual content to be good. Some of the crap like injections, shoving things into urethra, squeezing balls, forced ejaculation from prostate milking, are really freaking hard to watch and induce phantom ball pain.
