I'm not sure what's up with the inability to start a new game. Could you please send me the log file at "C:/Users/[username]/Appdata/LocalLow/Nobody You Know"? That will help me track down the issue.
0.14.3 is going to be released to the public on 8/29.
As for translation support, 0.14 added the full mod API. You can see all of the text in the game here:
Feel free to submit change requests, or make standalone mods. You should also be able to use the same system for translations, though there are some parts of the UI that aren't included there. If there's interest in fan translations, I'll prioritize making those available.

You need a lot of RAM to play this game at the moment (0.15 will help some), and a decent graphics card doesn't hurt either.

To my knowledge, 0.11a was the only one that fucked up save files. Aside from that, all versions should work with saves produced by all previous versions.

I've ended the poll for 0.15 early because I'm going to be contracting the animation work out while I work on 0.14. Don't worry though, the arena is still under active development, and quickly nearing alpha release.
0.15 Preliminary Design:
Sex Animations:
New positions: Tentacle and Oral
The plan is to hire a professional to redo the existing sex animations so slaves look more like sex and less like seizures.
Controls are getting a rework. I'm adding a button to thrust manually, allowing automatic thrusting with adjustable speed, and letting the PC change position. The camera is also getting some significant improvements, though I still haven't worked out exactly what those will look like yet.
There's a fair amount of uncertainty here, so this might change as things develop.
Facial Expression Rework:
No more stone faces. I'm integrating a proper expression engine that should make slaves feel a bit more dynamic.
New Room: Porn Studio
Slaves assigned to the porn studio will have sex with each-other on camera, and produce streaming revenue depending on their skills and prestige, as well as your reputation and influence.
New Furniture: Dungeon Set
