Having max visitors + a lot of buildings + more than 100 slaves causes the game to stutter a bit but will be fine if you don't look at them. The stutter's not that bad though. Manageable. I guess that much npc will cause a big strain to the engine.

I think the school desk does.
I thought it was supposed to raise int but after having a couple of my girls use the desk assignment for a while they are at the same int but I'm certain a few of them have gone up in charisma.

maybe charisma isn't raised as much as intelligence...

School raises only Intelligence for me. I haven't found a way to raise Charisma.
I believe it just permits a few normally locked events to trigger. Nothing crazy extreme if I recall. I honestly couldn't even tell the deference the one time that I had it back in 0.17. It's mostly stuff that as I understand it wouldn't sit well with Patreon's guide lines, hence why it needs to be locked behind a mod. That way Patreon is less likely kick the game from their site.

I just try the game for the first time. Love it.
Anyway, my game has an issue, where the body skin doesn't match with the head. Is it a known issue for the current version?
And a lot of people just walk around without top or without pant. Not sure if this was intended.

slave market seems to not work as soon as i enter one and want to buy a slave it doesnt give any options just the model of a slave and nothing else cant exit either then

New Face Generator
I've rewritten the face generator, and all slaves going forward will be a lot prettier. Unfortunately, this isn't retroactive, so any duds you had from old saves will stay the way they are.
It's also moddable. Just export characters from the inspection screen and drag the resulting files into Stationmaster/StreamingAssets/Text/FemaleFaces. After that, they will automatically be used as a basis for generating new faces.
Makeup System
- Added a system for makeup, which can be applied from the inspection screen and the rules assistant
- 3 basic textures (natural, subtle makeup, significant makeup)
- 16 overlays including freckles, dirt, tribal tattoos, geisha paint, and degrading pen marks
Added several new environments, including all of the slave markets and many of the existing events. There's more to do on that front, but building all ~50 of them would have delayed the update.
Hair
- You can now choose from 16 different colors for all hairstyles
- Fixed a bug that caused some hairstyles to appear thin.
- Added 6 new hairstyles
- The rules assistant can now apply clothing to slaves
- A ton of glitched clothing items are fixed since 0.19 Alpha, including the missing citizen pants
- Most clothes should now be shown on the station view
- Body leaders will now have more varied clothes
- Skin colors will now be more varied.
- Old characters' skin now looks wrinkled.
- Fixed a bug that caused bodies to be darker than heads.
- Species column added to slave list
- Proxy column added to owned bodies list
- Added graphical effects for defloration and creampies
- Slaves now have slightly varied voices
- Replaced cowering animation with something a bit more subtle (special thanks to ZaZ for providing the animation)
- Pit request event no longer triggers when the slave's fetish strength is low
- Fixed a bug that prevented the abuser event from properly setting the slave to be your head girl
- Fixed a bug that caused events that granted nicknames to set the slave's name to "SlaveBase(Clone)"
- Head tracking is now more subtle and less creepy
- Added and repaired several face morphs
- Slaves will now adopt a neutral expression when you enter the surgery center so you can see what you're doing

I have the same problem I think it's a bug of version 0.19 didn't happen with the older version I first played.

1) Could you add [0], [-5(or10)], [+5] and [Max] buttons to the ship count buttons when sending ships out to raid or conquer? I like to wait till I have 200 dreads before I start conquering the galaxy, using 4 fleets of 50. This gets EXTREMETLY click intensive to do atm since you have to reduce the count one at a time. To do 4 fleets of 50, I have to click the -1 button 300 times. If not, could you default the count to 0 instead of Max?
2) From what I can tell, all the furniture at the dairy check the lactation rate of the slave when they START at that unit and uses that rate from then on. This is fine at the all but the Advanced Milking Machine, since the slave has to leave the unit to sleep, so any increase in lactation rate will be updated the next time they start at the unit again. But the slaves at the Advanced Milking Machines do not need to sleep, so they always use the lactation rate the have when they start using the unit. The Advanced Milking Machine sets the lactation rate to 100% for any slave using it, but this set AFTER they start using the unit. So any slave that has a 0% lactation rate will not produce anything at an Advanced Milking Machine unless you view that slave from the View Slaves screen (or possibly by double clicking on them, haven't tried that).
This drove me nuts for the longest time trying to figure this out. To reproduce what I mean, start a game, build a single Advanced Milking Machine and buy a slave from anywhere but the Pasture and assign them to the dairy. You'll have no income (wait as long as you like). When you get tired of waiting, go to the View Slaves screen and view that slave, then exit the View Slaves screen. You'll now have income from the Advanced Milking Machine.
This is not a problem if you only assign slaves bought from The Pasture to the Advanced Milking Machine, but if you assign one from any other source, You'll have to view them to get them lactating at 100%. This become very impractical when you have hundreds of slaves.
Could you add an additional check for the lactation rate for the Advanced Milking Machine after the slave's lactation rate gets set by the machine?

Setting girls up as guides raises their charisma, that is the one way i found and use, although the tourist bureau stations you need to build for that are a bit expensive in the earlier game with 100.000 each.
The recruiters desk may do the same but you can have only one recruiter, so that is not good for training slaves.
