VN Ren'Py Abandoned Stay True, Stay You [v0.3.0] [Danson]

I love this game so much, the renders are gorgeous and the game story is good so far.

The problem is how short each update is vs how long it takes to come out. I'm not complaining, I understand real life and technology hamper updates, but it's just so frustrating to wait for this one for so long and then have it be over so quickly.

Sorry, just venting. Great work as always Danson.

So... Standard VM trope to avoid Incest, you're staying with a friend of your parents.

With the twist being you've got a girlfriend of 3 months back home where your parents raised you and for once your parents aren't dead, just off to another country where they couldn't take you...

I suppose no more far fetched than any other VN plot.

Dislikes:

1. Dating for 3 months is almost nothing in the hormone filled teen world. Especially if you're both still virgins. Loyalty wouldn't be anywhere near this high.
2. Having to change schools and start someplace new in the midst of your senior year Sucks (and not in any good way), MC is way under reacting whether the choice is upset or composed.
3. Pink heart socks?
4. If he's got to change schools anyway why wouldn't they take him to Sweden with them? The narrative needs a reason beyond "we can't take you with us", why can't they take him with them?
5. You would never describe where you're going as "a far away school", it's always be a city & state name (If in the USA) or city/country name (if not), make up a city name and distance (in miles if placed in the USA, in kilometers if not).
6. Girlfriend processes being told he's moving in a nanosecond and is composed enough to ask if you two can survive a long distance relationship?
7. MC has only 40 affection points from his girlfriend of 3 months??
8. Not mentioning that he's also living with 2 teen girls prior to arrival does seem like a pretty big omission. Their relation to Rose would normally be explained upon first being introduced to them.
9. The only sex is a dream sequence...

2. Having the Brad plotline at least gives you something to do if you decide to remain loyal to your girlfriend??

Love this so much. People may moan about the college trope being overused in these VN`s, I personally think there`s not enough! This is turning out to be one of the best.
Here`s hoping it continues this strongly. Great work by the dev.

Overall, I liked the new update, it was really short but very beautiful.
I hope that we can get a skip fantasy sex scene option because I don't like spoilers and seeing people naked in a dream ruins any temptation/interest I may have.

I hope we aren't forced to have the mc cheat on his girlfriend. I really want to see if the MC can actually stay faithful. If there is a break up it would be nice if the girlfriend was the one to break it off and end things, it never happens in these games. Can't think of an instance where the MC is broken up with instead of the other way around.

Yeah, the whole cuckqueen thing doesn't appeal to me at all, same with the poly relationship idea. I figure if these are supposed to be believable 18 year olds in their first sexual relationships it seems to be quite a leap for them to go from almost having sex to having orgies/watching the MC fuck everyone/entering into a new relationship with another person.

I realize this is a porn game (duuuh!) but I liked that Danson was making believable characters who have uncertainties and are learning what they like in terms of relationships.

i agree even tho i love WVM but it has a great story with it, but i would take a story focused choose one girl game with sex added in over an over the top mix and match girls with more sex then logic game
but thats just me im weird like that, thats why im hoping this will stay like that

Yeah, when I first arrived on F95 I felt like I'd arrived in perv candyland, it was amazing... Now I am pretty much done with trying out games that don't fit my sensibilities/fantasies... So mostly no harem games, no cuckquean games, no rape/mind control/non consent games, no femdom... Mostly romance with choices that matter and a lot of beautiful ladies. im the same with the romance with meaningful choices but alot of games seem to be adding in sharing with a woman
(and i know i get facepalmed alot and probably will again Avaron ) but i just dont share, and dream sex scenes just ruin the surprise when you finally get to sleep with the girl for real because you already seen it

I don't mind sharing if there is romance with all participants and it builds up to it and feels natural. I don't want a "wham, bam, thank you ma'ams" type of sharing sex scene.

But, you know, whatever floats your boat.

amazing game,very interesting storyline and the girls are really hot Amy, Kate ,Sarah ,Rose and Laura are all really HOT, Ms Lopez is hot like hell,can't wait to play more Danson keep the good job

Yeah, can't say I am thrilled with the semi-interactive items in the game. Would rather not have them but also don't care enough to mention them besides to piggyback on someone else's comment.
