Uploaded and installed latest update. Activated it and there were no previous saves. Copied the Save file from v0.4_Win and pasted it into v0.43.
Was able to continue from where I left off. Came nighttime, Kate called my into her bedroom and we 69ed.

No, it's only part of the update, which is supposed to have repeatable scenes, and being frozen in place is not considered repeatable.
