What changed?

Define repeatedly, cause I've been doing exactly this for several in-game weeks way before you told me this.
Most likely bugged but thanks anyway, I'll just put this game in the trashfolder and be done with it.
on the mother's fantasy scenes, if i recall, you just need to grind the 2 morning events, the one where the MC gets caught fapping by the mother and the othere where the MC talks to her in the kitchen, it should be about 8 repetitions for each of those.
the sister's scenes are a bit trickier and way more grindy if you don't want to cheat. 1st you need the MC to check the bathroom in the evening and think about doing something about the lock, then you check lockpicking on the google of the MC's pc, then you buy a tool set on the market app of the MC's pc, finally you sabotage the lock of the bathroom at night.
clean sister's room in the afternoon, talk to her about what you found there the next day, that will give you access to the sister's scene.
from that point on it's just about grinding all the bathroom events in the morning and the evening with the sister. to grind the one in the morning you will also need the MC to fap right after the day starts and the sis to have max hornyness level. i'd advice you to cheat that stats otherwise you'll need forever to get all scenes.

Ok, is there a Patch/Bug fix or something. I't dosent even start Act 1 without errors then it brings me to the Mc computer an I can't do anything because of more errors, cant leave that computer screen? I'm miss lost of stuff I can do from what im reading.

it's a matter of grinding the scene. in order to find the porn magazine in sister's room you need the following conditions to be met:
- sis mood <= 75
- random variable = 1
the random variable is computed at the start of the scene by the game and it has 20% chance of being 1
so you'll have to grind the scene for a while.
about the mom scene, if you have repeated it 8 times, you've seen all of it, at that point you will have unlocked the fantasy fap scene in the morning.
