You need to use a text editor that substitutes four spaces for the tab key.Appreciate your effort in trying to help hack this game... Followed your steps and got this:

Any ideas? Do i need to re-pack it - if so how? Do you have the modded files that can be downloaded?

You can use notepad++. Then look up how to replace tab with four spaces in notepad++.
Basically Ren'py does not like the TAB character. Meaning, if you edit a text file, and just hit the tab key once, and save that. Ren'py does not like that tab key ever being used. It wants spaces only.

To get to the Teacher's house, MC must share Room with Mom and MC have successful Fucked Mom.
After that Mom will talk with MC about it, Mom will suggest to attend the Lil Teacher's Lesson. Talk to Lil Teacher at Class about the Lesson, Teacher will ask MC go to her house with Mom at 18:00. Back to motel's room at 18:00 and talk to Mom, Mom will go to Teacher's house together with MC. Then the Teacher's house will auto Trigger.

but flawyer rel to mc is another command

You've forgot dot after brackets:
Relations["FLawyer", "Player"].opinion.Value=100
and "Player" here can be avoided:
Relations["FLawyer"].opinion.Value=100 (it's the same)

That cheat doesn't work becase the code with two characters is used only for relations between NPCs (like the conflict between sisters and mom when they sleep in the same room)
If you want to change the relations of the lawyer with the MC, the cheat to use is
Relations["FLawyer"].opinion.Value =X

It means no more points for that action and you need to find something else to gain points with.
It makes that action common place and no longer special for points gain.

Sorry but I have not played or even have the game anymore because of the massive grind fest this game has so I can not show you how.
Both 1 and 2 I have no idea because its after I stopped playing.
yep stoped it play to in the middle....
it is still made me sad but that grind and so much quest at same time...it was turning me into rage
