The quest isnt complete yet and directly ties father's ruling with officer/lawyer/judge storylines i would guess.
Often when someone wraps a game in a Mac app envelope it's an update or two behind, at least on this site. If you download the Renpy app itself from renpy.org, you can point that app to whichever folder on your mac, and then just download the Windows versions of all these Renpy games and put them in that folder. Then Renpy can just be the launcher for you to play on Mac, while downloading the most current Windows versions. You won't need any mac specific versions of each renpy game.

Ok I am trying to understand the mechanics of this game. I played 190 days, did everything to increase my allure with Lil but it won't get over 68.5. I have banged Jill in front of her, I can do Jill raw, i can do mother ( not raw) I can the toy store owner ( not raw) but nothing I do will get Lil over that point.

When you are roommate with Lily, Jill or Lisa you can watch TV with them in the evenings. Start off slow and watch romantic movies with them.
When you stop getting points with them change to watching porn and start touching them later on.
When they are in the bath room try to go in and if they don't kick you out, you can try bedtime activities with them. This is generally how you get new scenes with them.
Lily: you need o take her out on a few date and show up for work when she is working at the store. After you've finished work you go home together and you get a sex scene before going to the diner for dinner. After a few dates try and have sex with her without using a condom.
Change to Jill as a roommate and continue having sex with her until Lily catch you in the act a few time, she will eventually stay and watch you have sex with Jill and will join in later.
To get foursome with Jill, Lily and Lisa:
You must have had sex with all 3 of them without using a condom.
You must have had sex with Lisa at night when she is roommates with Jill and then Lily (both must see you have sex with Lisa at night a few times)
Make Jill your roommate and when Lily joins in the threesome with Jill, keep switching between Jill and Lily, if you've done it right Lisa will come in and catch you all having sex and join in.

Everything I try does nothing to increase it. I go to progress in the contacts and it says nothing is no longer effective. We have had to the same room for the whole time.

Yes I have read that, something must be borked. I have looked under request for Lily and there is no option to take her on a date, I've looked at all the speech options and that never appears.
Once you've had sex with her and talk to her about your relationship you'll get the dialogue about a date.
You need to ask her 1 time at the diner before dinner to go on a date.
So at 19:00 go to the diner and talk to Lily and ask about the date and she'll go with you instead of having dinner with the family.
That should be how you do it.
If it don't work for you, the only thing I can think of is to try and talk to her when she's in the classroom. Good luck.
*did you try and remove the blanket when she is sleeping at night?

That is the thing, I can not get to the point to have sex with Lil, I can not get anymore allure points with here, They just stopped.
There's the problem then.
Action to get points with Lily when she is your roommate:
08:00, she exercising by the pool , join her.
Keep working with her at the store and she will body check you to see if you've stolen anything at the end of the shift, keep working with her until you get a hand job from her.
After dinner she'll be taking a shower, keep spying on her.
When she's on the bed reading (When she's not your roommate), talk to her and offer to do homework together.
In the evening watch TV with her, romantic move first (try to touch her if you get the option) and when you get no more points change to porn movies and masturbate (after you've watch porn with her a few times) when you get the option.
When she is sleeping check her out and try and remove the blanket.
Keep repeating these action and her points will go up.
There are four women who currently can do it, but obviously you need to have made a certain amount of progress before they will.
They are:-
First Mother
Second Mother (but she will only do it after you have first mother do it)
Bank Manager (Once you have embezzled an awful lot of money for her)
Sex Shop owner (as an adversing collaboration, so you need to have progressed with both her and the photographer)

I was able to get the sex shop owner to do it before the other mother. I haven't bothered with the bank lady yet.
