and is it possible when you get your own room one of the girls stay with you so the other could enjoy their room fo themselves?

Get friendly with the cops, by paying them regular visits and chat to increase your relationship with them, and then ask them to help out, they will drive along the road and nab them. Your relationship with them will take a bit of hit if they don't catch them. On my play through the first time we failed to get them, but we got them on the second try. I don't know if this is fixed or random.

If you have your own room, when you finish work at the sex shop, talk to Lily and return home with her, that should trigger an event which leads you to having non-bareback sex with her, after that you can ask to sneak off to the room for sex.

That is another game I skipped over for the same reason it took me so long to mistakenly not give this one a try. Since the OP summary with offered screenshots seemed to indicate more of a smaller trying to screw your family focus. Which is always always a terrible core formula if you are going to combine that with absurd amounts of repetitive grind that doesn't include a very large variety of different potential target options to spread that single focus time sink perception around.

That, and it seems to be a side hobby project that isn't what is making the dev his money, so yeah. Again, terrible combination with absurd amounts of grind :)
